Hi there!
Today Paper Issues is having a fabulous blog hop and there are LOADS of goodies to be picked up along the way! Keep scrolling for info on my giveaway..
Our latest theme is ‘Tree Hugging’ so I thought I’d have a play with a layout seeing as I had just the perfect picture, but as I’m only a novice at scrapbooking (well actually I’ve only ever made one scrapbook in my entire life!) I thought I’d start with a couple of cards that I’ve made in the past that fit the theme. For some reason this theme really makes me think of owls and I haven’t been able to get them out of my head since I first heard what it was.. so not just owls but other things too ...
This little squirrel gift bag..
and finally the scrapbooking page of my little girl (now not so little) hugging a tree! I honestly do love that girl to the core!
The little tag says, 'When we took this photo of you climbing a tree I wondered if you would end up a tomboy! You wanted to see how far you could climb it. Years on you're all girly and the princess I dreamed of!'
At the bottom the definition reads 'Vertical Tree Hug: Encircle it with your arms while gently pressing your cheek to the trunk being careful not to scratch your face. Squeeze tightly. Sigh deeply'!! Taken from here.
I’m offering up a $15 gift certificate for Paper Issues, PLUS there is a special 25% discount over there too, all you need to do to grab your discount is to enter the code HOP25. Be quick though, you only have until Sunday to claim it.
So what do you need to do for a chance to win the gift certificate?? Just a few easy steps, each one enters you into the random drawing so that’s six chances to win, yay!
