Color Me Creative

Hello!  It's time for the latest Color Me Creative challenge, this time it's to make a Spring Break card.  Sorry I'm a bit late posting this card, we had a bit of a delay over at the main blog so I had to delay my posting.  Hope you think it was worth the wait ;o) 

I had great fun with this.  I dug out my Lawn Fawn ‘Swimsuit Season’ stamps that had yet to be used with Copics, I’ve only paper pieced them in the past.



This is the inspiration picture, doesn't it just make you want to go on holiday?!

I tried to bring in a few of the colours on the image.  Using my fab Go-To Sketches by Papercraft Magazines (my new fave magazine as you know!) I picked a sketch and then all I needed to add were some Cosmo Cricket DeLovely, My Mind's Eye papers and a Hero Arts sentiment to finish it off.  The little polka dot yellow tag can be removed for the message.
