I send a lot of congratulations cards to do with my job and needed a really quick one to get out in the post today. I decided it was about time I used my little pom poms.
Oh boy, they are something else to try and get stuck down!! Every time I walked away from the card the pom poms fell off!! Grrr!! In the end I had to use my heat gun to warm the glue again and then they finally set. What was supposed to be a quick and easy card turned into a right fiasco!!
Wonderful card!! I know what you mean about the pom-pom trim... I had the same problem on the last card I made! Your card is so worth the hassle though... super DP's!!
ReplyDeleteAh but it was worth the effort, it's lovley! you could always use staples "decoratively" at each end to keep it in place next time too?? I love staples ;0)

I never thought of staples this time around, but that would have looked fab with this mad style of card lol.
